4. Subject’s Rights and Obligations 4.1. Subjects can request data updates, blocking, or deletion and withdraw consent. 4.2. Subjects must provide accurate data to the Operator.
5. Principles of Processing Processing is conducted lawfully and limited to specific, pre-defined goals. Data redundancy is not permitted.
6. Purposes of Processing Purpose: Informing the User via email. Data: Full name, email, phone numbers. Legal basis: Contracts between the Operator and the Subject.
7. Conditions of Processing Processing is performed based on consent, contract fulfillment, or legal obligations.
8. Collection, Storage, and Transfer 8.1. The Operator ensures data safety from unauthorized access. 8.2. Data is never shared with third parties, except as required by law. 8.3.
